Jeremy Waller is an accomplished entrepreneur with over a decade of  experience in business development, budget management, contract  negotiations, partnerships, and operations within the sports and  technology sectors. In 2022, he successfully brokered the seven-figure  sale of the Orlando Valkyries franchise to the Pro Volleyball  Federation.

Following this achievement, Jeremy took on the role of  General Manager and Vice President of Operations for the San Diego  Mojo, another franchise in the Pro Volleyball Federation. Selected as  Employee #1 by the ownership group, led by five-time Olympian Kerri  Walsh-Jennings, he was instrumental in overseeing team operations,  ensuring compliance with league regulations, and managing the  franchise's seven-figure budget.

In 2016, Jeremy joined Sports  Channel Media, Inc., a SaaS company focused on video and content  distribution for youth and amateur sports, as Director of Business  Development. He advanced to Chief Operating Officer in 2019 and became  Chief Executive Officer in 2022. Under his leadership, the organization  achieved remarkable growth, realizing an exceptional 180% increase over  two years. Jeremy exited Sports Channel Media in the spring of 2024  following its acquisition by Pleasant Creek Investment, a private  investment firm.

Kristen Lucas is a dynamic business owner specializing in softball coaching, dedicated to empowering young women of all ages to reach their full potential on and off the field. With a deep passion for helping others, and over a decade in this space, Kristen has built a reputation for fostering skill development while creating confident individuals. 

In 2016, Kristen joined Sports Channel Media, Inc., a SaaS company focused on video and content distribution for youth and amateur sports, as a Solutions Architect. In this multifaceted role, she wore many hats, serving as a project manager and overseeing operations while ensuring exceptional customer service. Her ability to navigate complex projects and her commitment to client satisfaction have equipped her with a diverse skill set. Kristen exited Sports Channel Media in the spring of 2024 following its acquisition by Pleasant Creek Investment, a private investment firm.

With a blend of experience in both coaching and operations, Kristen continues to make significant contributions to the world of sports, inspiring the next generation of athletes through her leadership and expertise.
